This
is the only boarding facility that we recommend!
Cat boarding rates range from $15 to $45 per day and are based on the number
of cats (each additional cat starts at $15) and the type of boarding selected.
See our cat boarding page for pictures of the condos and guest suites. All
rates are subject to change. Current rates are:
Glass walk-in habitats: $20 for the first cat, $15 for additional
cats in the same enclosure.
Guest Suites: $25 - 45 for the first cat, $15 for additional cats in the
same bedroom suite (full human sized bedroom).

For new clients, a deposit of half the anticipated boarding amount is typically
required in order to reserve a room.
Boarding Policies:
My cat boarding facilities are unique in Portland not only because of the
spacious bedrooms, but that they are free of fleas. No other facility
guarantees this and will readily accept cats loaded with fleas. To ensure that
promise, cats brought for boarding should be flea-free, either because they are
on a regular flea treatment program or you have treated them at least 48 hours
prior to boarding. If you would like me to treat your cats, the cost per
cat is $26 if done more than 48 hours in advance. You can do this
treatment yourself - just talk with a veterinarian. If you arrive at The Cat's
Pajamas B&B and your cat has fleas, your cat will not be allowed to board here
and you will not receive any refund. Cats must be current on the FVRCPC
(distemper combo) and rabies vaccinations. If you do not vaccinate your
cat because of allergic reactions, age, or sarcoma at the injection site, please
let me know this ahead of time.
Considerations will be made for immune compromised and geriatric cats or cats
who are allergic to vaccinations, with a note from your vet.
If your cat has behavioral issues such as scratching, aggression, or frequent
failure to use a litter box at home, I ask that you let me know that information
in advance so that I can take precautions in their boarding.
Your cat's nails must be trimmed 1 - 7 days prior to boarding at The Cat's
Pajamas B&B. If your cats nails are not trimmed, then we will trim them
while staying here. The charge for a nail trim is $15.00.
To reserve a room for your cat, I have to turn away other guests willing to pay
for that time. That's why all deposits for reservations of rooms are
non-refundable except at my discretion.
Cat Sitting
Home cat sitting visits to your home are $25.00 - 35.00 per visit. Discounts for
extended services.
